Hilton Chicago’s 234,000 square feet of meeting space offers opportunities for groups of up to 2,000 to simultaneously conduct general sessions, exhibits, meals and breakouts.  The International Ballroom at 22,000 square feet is ideal from a production standpoint as an almost perfectly square, obstruction-free space.  The Grand Ballroom, which has been featured in major motion pictures, provides the perfect backdrop for a special dining experience without the cost of added décor.

We know that Production and IT play a leading role in the success of your programming.  That is why we have partnered with Encore as our onsite source for Audio and Visual needs.  They can assist in several ways, whether providing full production services, partial program rentals to support your own production team, or to act as a labor broker for your outside production company.  Our internal IT capabilities allow for over 2,000+ devices to stream simultaneously so your iPad training goes off without a hiccup.
