Each unit is equipped with Discover tablet consoles which allow the user to surf the web, tune to a favorite sitcom, or experience traveling the world by navigating courses using the LifeScape feature. While running, hiking or biking the machine incline and resistance change with the terrain as you trek through pristine nature and gorgeous scenery. The Discover console also connects and syncs to Android smartphones and Apple devices including the iPad thus allowing the user to access their own personal library of music, videos, apps, and books. And with charging capabilities, never worry about low battery life.
For the serious cyclist, we offer the Lifecycle GX, which is biomechanically designed to offer the most challenging, comfortable and effective workouts. The SPD pedals feature the standard SDP clips for those users wearing cycling shoes.
State-of-the-art strength training equipment has been added and is highlighted by the revolutionary Synrgy360 which is a multi-purpose dynamic exercise system. It allows users to perform dynamic movements including navigating the 7 rung monkey bars, using TRX suspension straps, throwing a medicine ball off a rebounder, or performing plyometric jumps onto a step-up platform.

Athletic Club memberships are available. Please inquire at the Club desk for information and pricing.
A daily hotel guest fee of $15.00 is required for use of the equipment in the Athletic Club. If you are staying with us for multiple days we offer a $25.00 unlimited access pass.
