actualized room nights, group will receive a $1,000 USD flat credit for production costs to the master account, not to exceed a maximum of $25,000 USD flat credit applied to master accounts for outside
AV production costs. Complimentary electrical power master account credit is applied to general session only and cannot exceed a maximum value of $10,000USD or be exchanged for other services, costs
or future programs. 21% catering discount is exclusive to food and non-alcoholic beverages for banquet events published within designated hotel’s flavors menu. $21USD per gallon of coffee is exclusive
to banquet drip coffee and non-applicable to specialty coffee orders. $21 per gallon is exclusive of full retail tax and gratuity at time of the event and will be applied to master account. Groups exceeding
21 gallons will be charged the hotel’s prevailing rate at time of program. Complimentary staff office for maximum of 15 people. Staff office included refreshments of in-house drip coffee, tea, soda, water
and chef’s selection of light snack to be refreshed between 8:00am-5:00pm, daily throughout the program duration. Dibs mugs are for up to 15 adults and can be used for complimentary, bottomless refills of coffee/tea/soda/water at designated hotel outlets. Complimentary basic meeting room/space internet not to exceed 30MB bandwidth. 50% parking discount is for attendees self-parking for one (1)
passenger vehicle per attendee at hotels preferred parking location and/or vendor, varies by hotel and is based on garage capacities. Valet parking will not be honored. $1USD per room night will be donated to Camp Kids are Kids Chicago for programs taking place in Q4 2021/2022 and Q1 2022. The donation will be a cumulative annual lump sum paid directly to the CKAKC charitable organization. 21% discount off future meeting is based on availability, cannot be combined with any other discount or offer and is subject to hotel discretion. No further discounts or offers may be combined, and program must be booked to take place in Q4 2021 and/or Q1 /Q4 2022.
